ACCESS TO TALENT An opportunity from Career Academies UK for local employers 7 March 2012, 6pm to 8pm (Midlands)
Career Academies is a Registered Charity set up by the business community in 2002. We lead and support a number of over 1000 employers, and 130 schools and colleges in areas predominately in areas of social need, to help raise the aspirations and improve the employability skills of 16 to19- year -olds. By supporting one of the Career Academies in Coventry or North Warwickshire (of which there are five) you can: - Meet hardworking and enthusiastic young people eager for an opportunity to develop their experience Assess local talent (and help to retain it locally) Offer your staff excellent development opportunities Address your Corporate Social Responsibility agenda To find out how the programme works and the flexible ways you can get involved, come and meet Career Academy staff, students and existing supporters at our celebration evening.

Programme: Drinks and refreshments will be provided. Guest speaker is Daniel Gidney, Chief Executive of Ricoh and Chair of LEP Skills Group.
