The UK Career Academy Foundation leads and supports a national movement of employers, schools and colleges, working to raise the aspirations of 16-19 year olds who are considering a career in business.  Set up by leading figures from the worlds of business and education, the Foundation is a registered charity.

We are changing the ways that businesses and education work together, breaking down the traditional barriers between the worlds of work and academia.  And in doing so, helping to change young people's lives.

Our Career Academy model offers a fully accredited programme, equivalent to three A levels, with business studies at its core.  Classes are complemented by 'real' business experience including a six-week paid internship and one-to-one mentoring, enhancing students' higher education and career prospects.
