A Career Academy is hard work and won't suit everybody. You've got to be prepared to put in extra hours of study, live up to a leading company's expectations of its own employees and be ready to work in a team of like-minded young people. Your tutors will push you and have high demands and expectations. But the rewards are worth it.
Entry requirements are set by individual schools and colleges. But generally you’ll need four GCSE passes (A-C grades) in relevant subjects; or an appropriate GNVQ Intermediate, First Diploma (merit grade) or NVQ Level 3. You will also need basic IT skills, especially word processing.
