Village hotel benefits from Career Academy intern

Nadia from The Sixth Form Solihull is spending six weeks at the Village Hotel in nearby Shirley. Her enthusiasm and fresh ideas are already helping the hotel to raise the awareness of the hotel's facilities amongst young people in the local area.
Nadia has spent time in each department and has been involved in the Christmas marketing campaign and helped to design a promotion for Prom Nights. The events manager is delighted with her input and says" Undoubtedly her youthful viewpoint has been very useful to us and helped us to target a market we knew we were missing out on. She has also updated our Twitter account and having her here is definitely a real win/win."
Nadia has thoroughly enjoyed her internship and says that the whole Career Academy programme has really provided her with "that little bit extra to stand out from the crowd."
