Career Academy student meets Deputy Prime Minister

On Monday 5 December Nick Clegg visited the Colchester Institute, one of five leading Government politicians  visiting North Essex that day.

Speaking at the College Mr Clegg said, " It is the Government's responsibility to build an economy which is strong for the future." He went on to urge the young employed "not to give up hope."

Whilst on his visit the Deputy Prime Minister specifically asked to speak to a Career Academy student, as he was aware of the programme.Career Academy student Daniel was the lucky student who got to meet him.

He said, "It was a pleasure to meet Nick Clegg and represent the Career Academy. Nick answered my questions regarding entrepreneurship in the UK. It is reassuring that the Deputy Prime Minister had the best intentions to help people in education, small businesses and entrepreneurs pursue and create new enterprises."
