	James McCreary, Chief Executive James had 23 years Banking experience before moving into the 'not for profit' sector where he was Chief Executive of the Belfast Enterprise Board and more recently Young Enterprise London. James has also served as non executive Director of a number of Northern Ireland based companies, sat on the Business Advisory committee of his local council and was Chair of school Governors at his children's primary school for 13 years.
	Martyn Drain, Director & Chief Operating Officer Martyn is our Chief Operating Officer. He brings 20 years' human resources experience, including Regional HR Director roles in Asia and Europe with a large international banking group. Martyn is also a trustee of several other charities. 	Diane Kendall, Director of Regions Diane is responsible for developing our regional strategy and delivering the national programme. She brings 25 years of corporate business experience from BT and O2, including delivering BT's education and community programme in the Midlands. Diane also serves as a Special Constable with West Midlands Police. Email Diane
	David Walker, Director of Programme and Public Policy David focuses on developing our national programme, national training and public policy agenda. A trained barrister, David spent four years working as a law lecturer before moving into public policy, working for organisations such as Nacro and the CBI. Email David
